More search hints

If your search returns a blank screen, you have too many "hits" (such as all properties in a large County). Try a more narrow search.

Remember that this is an AND search. If you search buyer=smith and seller=smith, you will only get sales where both the buyer and seller were smiths.

I may add these capabilities to the main screen some day, but in the meantime, you can get more sophisticated if you are willing to be adventurous ............

You can manually add more parameters to the search line:

after the line ..... &Buyer=&Seller=&c=

you can add (for example):

&sbl=14 to find a 14 in the "parcel ID" field (tricky - parcel ID's have a lot of mysterious periods and dashes)

&school=roo to find the roosevelt school district

&Town=bigfoot to find only sales in the Town of bigfoot (must be Town with a capital T !!) Must be in the County that you are currently searching.
